Welcome to March's Plot Calendar! Thank you all for your great writing and wonderful characters!

Please only take one volunteer spot for the first 24 hours; after that, it's all fair game. Department-wide and Mission spots don't count towards your limit. Think of all volunteer spots as prompts to get your character interacting with other characters.

**Calendar items marked "post required" are metaplot-related and should be posted about to move the plot forward. Please don't take these volunteer spots unless you will be able to make a journal entry on that day.**

🦤👯 Friday, March 1st

[BONUS WINNERS TBA] are asked to visit Yana Getgood to receive a prize for their excellent work over the past month. New missions for March are announced and up for grabs.

Xander Baudelaire of rival organisation Quest Fellowship arrives at HQ, along with members of his team, to challenge the legitimacy of Adventure Society. Cadmus decides to try to diffuse the situation by showing them around to prove they've got nothing to hide. A duel ensues. (IC/OOC)

👯 Saturday, March 2nd

As the members of Quest Fellowship get settled into their temporary accommodations on their own separate floor, PETRA (AS) finds ACIANO (QF) snooping around the building and calls Security.

Everyone receives an invite to the Wizarding World Gala on the 22nd.

Sunday, March 3rd

KNOWLEDGE receives a 70s conversation pit in their employee area to facilitate camaraderie.

HEALING receives a float tank.

🎂👯 Monday, March 4th

Happy birthday, Cyprien du Voy! Today you receive an enormous (and handsome!) painted portrait of yourself delivered to your door.

Everyone is invited to partake in a free lunch with the guests to try to smooth over hard feelings. It goes… well? Probably? Then, guests get to meet and shadow their Adventure Society counterparts for the rest of the day.

[VOLUNTEER 5B] gets into a squabble with [QF VOLUNTEER 5C] and neither of them is willing to admit they are wrong.

It's Post Office Appreciation Day, and everyone is encouraged to bring offerings to the ravens that deliver the mail (eg. snacks and shiny trinkets), lest they decide not to deliver your mail.

ADRIAN FLYTE and CURIO need help testing the experimental map of the Archives they've made and enlist their coworkers for an extradimensional relay race.

Friday, March 8th

Happy International Women's Day! In recognition of all their contributions, all women* at the Society are given a free spa day and a cool weapon of their choice. Enjoy! (*any characters who wish to be included under this umbrella are welcome to.)

A magical glitch causes everyone to be trapped on their residential floor for the day.

Wednesday, March 13th

Undead Appreciation Day! All undead/dead-adjacent characters are given the day off and day passes to an undead amusement park.

Pi Day Special, thanks to LEEDS and the kitchen staff: Slice of (Sweet) Pie or Single Pot Pie (1 per person) - Apple, blueberry, cherry, pecan, chicken pot or vegetarian Shepherd's.

Ides of March - Cadmus attempts to stab Xander over caesar salads and caesar cocktails. Quest Fellowship members depart, although Xander Baudelaire assures everyone that this isn't the last you'll hear from them. (flash reactionary)

The KNOWLEDGE DEPARTMENT field trip to the ROMM (Royal Ontario Museum of Magic) for the exhibit opening Godzilla: King of Monsters turns into a society-wide field trip when [VOLUNTEER 20] tells everyone about it.

BARBIE offers makeovers before the big Gala.

This year, March's full Moon (March 25, 2024) occurs after the Spring Equinox, making it the Paschal Moon. March's full Moon will be the first full Moon of the spring season.

Werewolves receive gift baskets that include flowers, fine chocolate, fancy candles, fancy soap, and coolers containing Wagyu steaks.
