Hell that's a tough one. I won't lie to you, there are a fair few I have no memory of at all. There was a lot of coke in the 70s and 80s though, humans were "finding" themselves and all that, which was really great for me personally.

I had a platform boot thing for a few decades, leather lace ups boots for a good 50 years before that, and then when the whole Doc Marten thing hit I admittedly lost my mind a little. I'm on a skate shoe kick right now -- you own any vans? The skater community is a trip.

I want a pair of Doc Martens so badly! But I'm a half size, so they're always too big or too small. I don't own any vans. Tell me more?

Babe, I'm a leprechaun, I still have to shrink the smallest adult sizes out there. I get it.

Need I say more? Those skater kids know how to make a comfortable, stylish shoe in any colour you want. I rotate through them and Chucks on trainer days.
